Senior Delivery Manager, Digital Assets & Data services

Marketnode is Asia-Pacific’s trusted blockchain-powered financial market infrastructure (FMI) backed by HSBC, SGX Group and Temasek. We believe in the power of programmable assets and believe traditional financial instruments can be originated, traded and served better leveraging blockchain technologies. Our current product focus is funds, credit and structured products with a view to expand these offerings in-line with market demands.

At Marketnode, we operate two flagship platforms:

• Gateway an end-to-end platform encompassing data, workflow, tokenization and asset servicing
• Fundnode a one-stop funds settlement infrastructure for transaction management, funds processing, and record-keeping

Having recently closed our Series A investment with major financial institutions such as HSBC, Marketnode is now well positioned for it’s next growth phase and is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager leading overall delivery efforts for our Gateway platform and data services offerings. The role is responsible for overseeing successful delivery of projects within the firm and requires management of cross-functional teams (technology, business, operations, legal).

Key responsibilities:

• Project delivery: oversee project delivery ensuring adherence to timelines, scope and budgets
• Project leadership: act as main co-ordinator for business units liaising with vendors, engineers, QA, and operations
• Risk management: identify, assess and mitigate project risks including financial, technology, operations and associated risks
• Agile process: Support agile methodologies across teams; leading sprint planning and retrospectives
• Vendor management: work closely with third party vendors and augmented resources to ensure successful project delivery, SLAs and meeting contractual obligations
• Stakeholder management: collaborate with business teams (product, sales) and other stakeholders (internal, external) to ensure clear communication and project updates
• Financial oversight: oversee all financial aspects, e.g. budgeting, forecasting and reporting
• Implement company-wide standards and processes to optimise delivery.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in delivery/project management with at least 5 years in capital markets/banking, asset management or fintech platforms
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in CS, IT, Finance, Business management or similar fields
• Strong understanding of Agile & scrum methodologies
• Strong track record in management of medium scale, complex projects (especially with industry-wide collaboration) across cross-functional teams (especially technology)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• PMP and/or other relevant certifications are a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
